To commemorate this milestone, Soul City seeks to produce a high-quality, 20–30 minute documentary that reflects on its legacy, impact and future.
We have stepped into Youth Month, and we’re excited to share the powerful work unfolding across our platforms and communities.
On 16 June 2025, in celebration of Youth Day, the Matthew Goniwe clinic in Makhaza in Cape town will lead a powerful youth-focused health and wellness event, “Healthy Youth, Healthy Nation- Empowering community through wellness” in partnership with key stakeholders, including our Cape Town office.
We are seeking the services of committed community radio station partners to help us realise this vision and ensure that critical health messages reach youth audiences in an engaging, accessible, and impactful way.

The state of child safety in South Africa is in crisis. Even though people have been asking for change, not enough is being done to protect our children at school.
