SCI seeks to appoint experienced writers and content developers to create the 2026 edition of the Soul Buddyz Zone Magazine and Unit Guide. The appointed service provider will collaborate with the SCI team to develop a content outline and produce creative, interactive and curriculum-aligned content for children aged 8–14 years.
SCI seeks to appoint a commissioned photographer to accompany the programme and design teams on 2–3 site visits to Soul Buddyz Clubs in KwaZulu-Natal, Free State and Limpopo and to produce a series of high-quality photographs that will be featured in the 2026 Soul Buddyz Zone Magazine and Unit Guide.
The Soul City Institute for Social Justice is a South African feminist organisation that has worked for 30 years to promote gender justice, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and to challenge systemic violence and inequality. As we mark this important milestone, we intend to host a celebratory and impactful event that honours our past, celebrates our present and envisions a bold feminist future.

To commemorate this milestone, Soul City seeks to produce a high-quality, 20–30 minute documentary that reflects on its legacy, impact and future.
